Over the last few years I have been asked more often to do an energy diagnosis and clearing on homes with more than the standard three bedroom house.

I have been asked to clear stately homes and even a castle recently.

Every 'Extra' room takes up more time and more energy, so if you live in a home with more than three bedrooms, please add £5 for every extra bedroom in the home you need me to check and clear.
